Rachel Lawler -Founder/Instructor
Rachel Lawler started dancing at the age of three and hasn’t stopped since. Before building her dream of dance, Rachel was an elementary teacher for 5 years in the NKC School District. She certified in K-12 Mild/Moderate Cross Categorical Special Education and is working to complete her Masters in Assessment In Autism from MissouriWestern State University. The Sparkle Dance Stars program has always been a dream for Rachel as she believes every child/person deserves a chance to shine.

Katie Baker - Instructor
Katie Baker is a Kansas City enthusiast while being a second grade teacher and high school cheer coach. She enjoys messy crafts, eating tacos, reading good books, and dancing. Her love of dance began at age two and has continued through high school dance team, college dance company, teaching at a studio in Maryville, and coaching high school.
